Career Test Application
Our Career Test Application was meticulously developed to guide individuals toward fulfilling and sustainable careers. Designed with the latest advancements in psychometric research and insights from qualified social scientists, this career assessment tool was built to meet the demands of the knowledge age, where adaptability and specialized skills are paramount. The test employs a series of simple yet carefully crafted questions to provide users with valuable insights into their career potential.
Upon completion, the test delivers a comprehensive Personal Profile that includes details about an individual’s temperament type, dominant intelligences, six core abilities, and proficiency in key modern workplace skills. It also identifies the top three career fields most aligned with their unique profile, using data sourced from the U.S. Department of Labor’s career database. This actionable information not only helps users understand their strengths but also equips them with a personalized strategy to navigate the rapidly changing job market.

Web Application to Help Students Choose a College Major
We designed a flexible, adaptive program that leverages a knowledge-based algorithm to help students identify the best-fit major and degree program at their institution. This unique tool focuses exclusively on the programs, resources, and career opportunities available on a specific campus, ensuring personalized and relevant results for every student. By integrating institutional data and tailoring recommendations, we’ve created a solution that aligns with each school’s academic offerings and student success goals.
Our application addresses the needs of today’s busy students by delivering results in just 15 minutes, far shorter than traditional assessments. It measures a range of factors, including academic achievement (such as courses, grades, and GPA), personal interests, and personality traits. Unlike tools that only focus on personality or inventory questions, our algorithm considers a student’s ability to succeed academically, making recommendations that are both realistic and aspirational.
Ease of use is a cornerstone of our program. The platform is user-friendly and mobile-responsive, allowing students to access it on laptops, tablets, or smartphones wherever they are—be it at home, in a classroom, or on the go. Students are guided through a clean, intuitive interface designed to make self-discovery engaging and straightforward.
The program also ensures recommendations are highly relevant by using the exact names of a school’s majors and programs rather than generic Department of Education labels. This customization extends to career data, which is tailored to reflect outcomes for recent graduates from the institution, offering localized and actionable insights.
To streamline access, we create a custom web address for each institution. No access codes or institutional passwords are required, removing barriers and making it easier for students to get the guidance they need when they need it.
